The Museum of Zuni Art (MoZA) is uniquely dedicated to the exclusive presentation of both historic and contemporary Zuni art. Its proximity to the Zuni Pueblo and Interstate 40 in Gallup, NM, allows it to educate the general public and serve as a resource for Zuni artists seeking an outlet for their work through exhibitions and re-connection with the art of their predecessors.
MoZA has hundreds of pieces of art, including carvings, jewelry, pottery and paintings, demonstrating the breadth and the unique beauty and spirit of Zuni artwork. Z-ART acts as the gift shop for MoZA.
In the summer of 2026, Museum of Zuni Art (MoZA) had to move out of our first location. With the help of a community partner, we have secured a place to store most of our priceless collection of Zuni artworks. We are working hard to develop and display a digital version of MoZA while we shift and grow with the help of our native advisors. This will enable virtual visitations to the ever expanding collection.
At MoZA, we can continue artist mentoring work (Z-ART) while exhibiting a curated selection from our museum collection.
MoZA is now located at 112 East Coal Avenue in Gallup New Mexico, just one block east of our first MoZA location and only 4 minutes from I-40 Exit 22. Ample parking is available.
MoZA is open Tuesday - Saturday 10am to 5pm with extended hours every 2nd Saturday from 10am to 9pm for Gallup’s Arts Crawl. MoZA will be closed to respect most traditional and Zuni Holidays.
